Rachana  Narayanankutty is a malayalam film actress and she started her acting journery with Jayaram’s Theerthadanam in 2001. It was a small role in Theerthadanam. Her life’s  turning point  is Marimayam programme in Mazhavil Manorama and the charater of Marimayam ‘Valasala’ has totally changed her life.  She re-enterned Malayalam film industry with Jayaram’s  ‘LUCKY STAR ‘  movie directed by debutant Deepu Anthikad . The film has average run in the box office but  rachana done her job in Lucky star.The charater was appreciated..Rachana’s other noticed charaters are Clara (Amen) and Advocate Sai (Punyalam Agarbathies ).She was a Communicative English teacher.,And also she took dance classes before she was cast into the television series.Rachana also worked as an R J at Radio Mango Thrissur. She is currently judging a reality show at Asianet.
